Why CDRisk Is Different

Compliance is the floor. Culture is the ceiling.

Prevention Over Paperwork

Most safety programs generate binders. Ours prevents injuries. We address the cognitive biases and organizational psychology that actually cause incidents — not just the regulations that follow them.

Audits Built for Scrutiny

A national TPA contracts us to walk its high-risk construction accounts and give the straight truth on how to reduce exposure. That same scrutiny goes to work protecting your business — and your premiums.

Built by Someone Who Still Answers the Call

Our founder is an active firefighter and paramedic with 9+ years of emergency response. He doesn't guess what can go wrong — he's still the one called when it does. That changes how you build a safety program.

We're Not the Cheap Option. We're the Honest One.

Let's be straight with you: we charge more than a lot of the other guys, and we'll tell you that to your face. There are companies that will do this cheaper. If cheap is what you're after, go to them — no hard feelings.

But if you want someone who cuts it straight, shows up, and works hard to find the right solution for your business — not the cheapest box to check — that's us. No fine print. No surprise invoices. No games. Just honest work from people who've been the ones called when things go wrong.

If that's the kind of partner you want, and you're okay paying for it, let's talk.

Four Ways People Work With Us

We price differently for different work, because the work is different. Pick the one that sounds like you — every rate is published on the page it belongs to.

The CDRisk platform on its own

Inspections, QR equipment tracking, and reporting — priced per site, never per seat. No consulting required.

About the fire extinguisher program — straight up: Included with the monthly property management and retail programs. Monthly inspections start on day 1 and are performed by us. The annual certified service, 6-year hydrostatic testing, and 12-year cylinder replacements are performed by a licensed fire-equipment servicing company we contract and manage on your behalf — we schedule the work, meet them on site, and keep the records. Those kick in once you commit to a one-year plan — or anytime after 12 months of continuous payments. No fine print, no surprises.

THE MATH THAT MATTERS

Average cost of one recordable workplace injury:

$42,000 – $100,000+

A single-site monthly program at $425/mo, for an entire year:

$5,100

One prevented injury pays for the program for 8–19 years.

CDRisk portal answering "Who can work this role?" — one worker eligible, another blocked for an expired forklift certification.

Cert-gated scheduling

Ask who can run the forklift tomorrow and the portal blocks anyone whose certification has lapsed — expiry date and all.

QR equipment inspections

Every forklift, lift, and extinguisher gets a QR code. Scan to inspect against your own forms and pull up full history.

Employee app for unlimited workers (Included)

Daily checklists, incident reporting, and training in every worker’s pocket. Still in development — when it ships it is included on every plan at no extra cost.
