Early access · Per-site pricing

Pricing that doesn't punish you for growing your team.

Every plan is priced per site, per month — and every plan includes the free employee app for unlimited workers. You pay for the location, not for logins.

Per site, not per seat

Most safety apps charge per worker.

SafetyCulture-style pricing at ~$24/seat means a 40-person site pays ~$11,500/year just in logins. CDRisk charges per site, never per seat — and the employee app, once it ships, will be free for unlimited workers.

Core, plus what you actually need

One base platform and three modules, priced per site, per month. Add any combination and the price is simple addition. The employee app is included free for unlimited workers.

Then add what you need

Modules attach to Core, in any combination. They don't contain each other, so the price is simply Core plus whatever you pick.

Training

+$99/site/mo

Fleet

Priced per unit
$7/powered unit/mo, $2.25 towedfalling as the fleet grows

Every unit, metered and maintained.

Every other module is per site, because its value is per site. A fleet is not: trucks move between yards, and each unit has its own meters, its own service intervals and its own inspection record. Charging per site would bill a two-truck operator the same as a sixty-truck one.

  • A QR tag for every unit — trucks, trailers, forklifts, excavators, cranes, carts
  • Vehicle types you define: what to ask, what to check, what to service
  • Service intervals on distance, running hours, or the calendar — whichever comes first
  • Driver vehicle inspection reports and the 49 CFR 396.11 defect chain
  • A failed pre-use check takes the unit out of service automatically
  • Meter readings from the phone, with rollovers and replaced gauges handled
  • Fleet safety score, feeding your organization score

The rate comes down as the fleet grows

Each rate applies to the units in that band, the way tax brackets work — so one more truck always costs a little more, never less.

First 250 powered units$7.00 powered · $2.25 towed
251 – 1,000 powered units$5.25 powered · $1.75 towed
1,001 – 2,500 powered units$4.00 powered · $1.25 towed
Beyond 2,500 powered units$3.00 powered · $1.00 towed

So a 3,000-truck fleet pays $4.40 a unit overall, not $3.00— the cheaper bands apply only to the units inside them.

$56

8 trucks

$7.00/unit

$415

40 trucks, 60 trailers

$4.15/unit

$2,838

300 and 400

$4.05/unit

Anything with a vehicle tag and its own service schedule — trucks, tractors, trailers, forklifts, excavators, cranes, site carts. Fixed equipment is the Equipment module instead. A powered unit is anything with an engine — a tractor, a forklift, an excavator. Towed units price lower because they carry documents and inspections but no engine and no meter-driven service schedule.

What that works out to

$229

Core + Equipment

$349

Core + Equipment + Workforce

$378

Core + all three modulesBundled at $249 instead of $319

Per site, per month. Fleet is not in the bundle — it is priced per power unit on top, starting at $7.00 and falling in bands as the fleet grows, because a per-unit line folded into a per-site price would be one number meaning different things to different customers. Every figure on this page is the whole price: there is no platform fee, onboarding fee, or per-seat charge underneath it.

Core is $129/site/mo on its own. Pick none and that is what you pay.

Running vehicles or machines?

Fleet is priced per power unit, per month — not per site, and not in the bundle. Leave both at zero if you have none.

White-label branding

Your name in front of your people, not ours.

The portal, the employee app, the QR codes, and the reports all carry your company's name and branding instead of CDRisk's. Your crews and your customers see your program, because it is your program.

  • Your branding on portal, app & QR codes
  • Branded reports and documents
  • Branded certificates and inspection records
  • Your name on the client-facing verification pages

This is not a reseller licence. White-label removes our name from your workplace — it does not let anyone sell the platform on as their own product.

$600/month, flat

Per company, not per site

Added to your per-site plan pricing, which is agreed in your enterprise contract.

Pricing questions, answered

Straight answers — no fine print.

What counts as a site?

A site is a single physical location or facility you manage — a yard, plant, store, or job site. You pay one monthly price per site, no matter how many workers use it.

Is the employee app really free for everyone — and is it available yet?

Yes. Every plan includes the employee app for unlimited workers at no extra cost. We charge per site, not per seat, so growing your crew never grows your bill.

Can I take just one module?

Yes. Core plus Equipment is a complete product — QR codes and recurring equipment inspections, no workforce or training features and no charge for them. The same is true of any single module.

Why is Fleet priced per unit instead of per site?

Because that is where the work is. A yard has one set of extinguishers and one crew no matter how busy it is, so Equipment and Workforce are fairly priced per site. A fleet is different: every truck, trailer, forklift and excavator carries its own meters, its own service intervals, its own pre-use check and its own defect record, and those units move between yards rather than belonging to one. Priced per site, an owner-operator with two trucks would pay exactly what a sixty-truck carrier pays — too much for one and far too little for the other. Eight trucks costs $56 a month, which is the honest number for eight trucks.

What counts as a power unit, and what is the difference between powered and towed?

Anything with a vehicle tag and its own service schedule — trucks, tractors, trailers, forklifts, excavators, cranes, site carts. Fixed equipment is the Equipment module instead. If it gets a vehicle tag and a service schedule, it is a unit. A powered unit is anything with an engine — a tractor, a box truck, a forklift, an excavator, a crane — and it carries the full rate because it has meters, a service schedule driven by them, and most of the defects. A towed unit is a trailer: it has its own brakes, its own inspection and its own paperwork, so it is a unit, but with no engine and no meter-driven schedule it prices at about a third. Fixed equipment — extinguishers, eyewash stations, ladders, scaffolding — is not a unit at all, and is covered by the Equipment module.

Does the rate come down for a big fleet?

Yes, and it is published rather than negotiated: the first 250 at $7.00 powered and $2.25 towed, 251 – 1,000 at $5.25 powered and $1.75 towed, 1,001 – 2,500 at $4.00 powered and $1.25 towed, anything beyond 2,500 at $3.00 powered and $1.00 towed. Those are band rates and they work like tax brackets: each one applies only to the units inside it. So a 3,000-truck fleet pays $4.40 a unit overall rather than $3.00, because its first 250 trucks are still charged at $7.00. It also means one more truck always costs a little more and never less — nobody is worse off for running two fewer units.

Is Fleet included in the all-modules bundle?

No, and deliberately. The bundle is a per-site price; Fleet is per power unit. Folding one into the other would produce a single headline number that meant something different for every customer who read it, which is exactly what the rest of this page exists to avoid. Fleet is added on top, and your multi-site discount applies to it the same as everything else.

Can I add modules later?

Yes, and nothing gets re-set-up when you do. Modules switch on over the same Core you are already running, and you pay the module rate from that month forward.

What does white-label actually cost?

A flat $600 a month for your whole organization, on top of your per-site plan pricing — not $600 per site. It puts your name on the portal, the employee app, the QR codes, and the reports so your crews and customers see your program rather than ours. It is not a reseller licence: it removes our name from your workplace, it does not let anyone sell the platform on as their own product.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — pay annually and you get 2 months free, so a year costs ten months. That discount is deeper than the 10% on our monthly consulting programs, and the reason is honest: paying up front for software is working capital for us, because what it costs to run your sites does not change with how you are billed. Paying up front for a monthly program does not save us a single site visit.

What if I pay annually and then cancel?

You get the unused months back, and we do not keep the discount for the months you actually used. Service runs to the end of the current month, then we refund what you prepaid minus the months you were served, recalculated at the standard monthly rate. Say one site on Core at $129 a month: a year prepaid is $1,290, and you cancel after 4 months. Four months at the standard rate is $516, so we refund $774 within 30 days. If the recalculated amount comes to more than you paid, there is no refund and we do not bill you for the difference. One-time charges already delivered — data migration, white-label setup, QR labels — are not refunded, and a setup fee waived because you committed to a year becomes payable.

What does enterprise cost?

There is no enterprise tier and no separate enterprise price list. It is the same per-site pricing at your volume discount, plus white-label at $600 a month flat if you want your own branding, plus a safety program review at $500 a month if you want a CSP reading your data. Setup is free and self-serve; data migration only applies if you are bringing history across, and it is waived during early access. Every number is on this page.

Do multi-site companies get a better rate?

Yes, and the rate is published rather than negotiated: 5–9 sites take 10% off, 10–24 sites take 20% off, 25–49 sites take 30% off, 50+ sites take 40% off. The discount applies to your whole per-site price, Core and modules alike, so the calculator above will show your real number without anyone having to quote you.
