Critical Dynamics Risk Management wants everyone to be able to use cdrisk.com, our client portal, and our mobile apps. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are not there on every page yet, and this statement says where we stand.
What we do
Build pages with semantic headings, labeled form fields, keyboard-reachable controls, visible focus indicators, and text that can be resized without breaking the layout.
Provide alternative text for images that carry meaning.
Check color contrast against the WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds.
Review keyboard navigation before releasing significant changes.
Design mobile screens with touch targets and spacing intended to meet platform accessibility guidance.
Caption any video we publish. We do not currently publish video.
Where we fall short
We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and we have not yet conducted testing with people who use assistive technology. Both are on our roadmap.
Some PDF reports and older inspection documents are not fully accessible. Ask us and we will provide the content in another format.
Some embedded third-party content, such as our payment provider's checkout, is outside our control.
